The Wright Stuff this morning chose a newspaper headline stating that HMM had suggested we should drink rat's milk, when what she'd actually said was that drinking cow's milk was as sane as drinking dog, cat or rat's milk.
This is an example of how the media frame quotes out of context, and also that HMM is not going to do much good promoting veganism, as most of the media are just going to use it to frame her as ever more dotty. So, even though her intentions may be worthy, she's not the right person for the job at the moment.
But meat and livestock production is supposed to be the second biggest contributor to climate change, and ahead of all transport.
